The Empress Bridge offers workshops, classes and Certificate Programs in specialized kinesiology, metaphysical topics, and related holistic healing subjects. Formats range from general interest to more advanced career training. Click the links below for brief descriptions.

Classes at the College are kept small, so more are added throughout the year. Schedule additions or changes will appear on the "What's New" and "Class Calendar" pages. For those who are interested in learning on a varied schedule, please enquire about other possible options available.

Other metaphysical workshops currently under development which will require some kinesiology prerequisites include:

Working with Crystals and Gemstones - learn how to combine the healing properties of crystals and gemstones with kinesiology work.
Working with the Chakra System - a powerful workshop that focuses removing blockages in the chakra system of the body.
Working with Flower Essences (Bach Flower Remedies) - learn how to combine kinesiology and the powerful healing effect of flower essences.

METAPHYSICAL KINESIOLOGY CERTIFICATE PROGRAM:

This Certificate has the dual focus of combining metaphysical subjects with kinesiology, as well as it enhances personal growth by first working on ourselves prior to working on others. A Certificate of Competence will be given to students who successfully complete all courses, practice session assignments on others, proficiency assessments and hands-on practicum.

SACRED ELEMENTS SERIES:

Pre-Requisite Note: Students must have taken a minimum of "A Journey Through the Tarot, Parts I-III" in order to fully benefit from the Sacred Element Series.

Learn about the Elements of Fire, Earth, Air and Water and be introduced to sixteen Sacred Intentions categories. These will all be used in combination with The Tarot and/or Cards of Self-Change to assist us in discovering more about ourselves, our life direction, and how to move through personal challenges along the way. INTRODUCTORY KINESIOLOGY WORKSHOPS & CLASSES:

These classes have no prerequisites other than having an interest in the topic, curiosity to learn something new, and being open to new ideas! These courses may also be taken individually for personal growth or as components of the Metaphysical Kinesiology Certificate. Click on a topic to see its description.

SPIRITUAL MASSAGE PROGRAM:

Pre-Requisite Note: The Spiritual Massage program is open to all students who are taking training at the College and who have completed a minimum number of hours in both kinesiology testing and balancing techniques as well as have taken training in two or more areas of metaphysical studies - a level of skill and proficiency having been attained.

This 10-month program is currently being reformatted so that it may be taken on its own or in conjunction with the Metaphysical Kinesiology Certificate Program. Spiritual Massage is a gentle hands-on session where the client remains fully clothed underneath a sheet or blanket with clearing the meridian and chakra system of imbalances becomes the primary focus as they become reconnected with their spiritual essence. On completion of this program, students will be able to see clients and give them a complete 1 1/2 hour spiritual massage session together with their favourite techniques learned from the Metaphysical Kinesiology Program.

GROUP PRESENTATIONS:

Do you know of three or four people who might want to take a short course with you? If you and a few friends or colleagues would like to hear more or learn about any of the subjects mentioned here, arrangements can be made for long or short term presentations or classes.
