College Location

The Empress Bridge Instructor

All courses are taught by Marilyn Buan who brings her extensive background in the field of kinesiology, metaphysics, massage and holistic healing to provide a thorough foundation for students taking training at her College.

Marilyn has been studying metaphysical subjects for over twenty years and brings a wealth of information to both her private sessions and classes. She is well versed in many holistic modalities as well as being a licenced massage therapist and certified instructor in Touch for Health and Educational Kinesiology. Marilyn is also an accredited faculty member of the International College of Professional Kinesiology Practice based in New Zealand and an active instructor of their Basic Kinesiology Certificate Program.

During the past twelve years she has taught and continues to teach classes at the Continuing Education Division of the Public School System now known as Metro College. For ten years, Marilyn also taught courses at Grant MacEwan Community College in both their Outreach Program as well as part of the Holistic Practitioner Certificate Program. She continues to give presentations to both government and private organizations in and around the Edmonton area on the benefits of Brain Gym.

Marilyn has an enthusiastic approach to life and deeply believes in the power of the human spirit to move us through the challenges that face us both personally and globally.

She is the kinesiology practitioner, owner and instructor of The Empress Bridge Kinesiology College and School of Metaphysical Studies and brings together the many different healing modalities she teaches when working with others in her private sessions.
