BKP 101 - Energizers and Self-Care
This class defines kinesiology and anatomical parts of the body. The student will
learn basic self-care skills using meridian trace, energy reflex points, body testing,
walking gaits, simple emotional stress release, emotional trigger words, crosscrawl,
auricular energy and visual inhibition techniques, goals and a 'time of day balance' for
self-care.
This is the first Unit of the 10 Month Basic Kinesiology Certificate Program (BKP 101 through BKP 110).
Anyone can take this particular class who would like to get an idea of what the program consists of before
continuing on to the other nine units. The course is filled with things you can do to keep your own energy
flowing, releasing deeply imbedded stress, identifying emotions keeping you from achieving what you want,
learning how to relax, and generally improving your overall health and well-being. It introduces you to many
techniques from Chinese Medicine and other Kinesiology Programs. At the end of this class you will know much
more about Kinesiology, what it is and whether it's something you want to continue studying! For anyone
thinking about getting into this area, this course is highly recommended!
