About Tibetan Energy
Looking and feeling better is one reason we seek to improve our energy levels. Low
energy, fatigue, pain and loss of motivation are all signs that our body is
functioning at less than its best. We can do many things to improve our
energy. We can eat healthy foods, drink lots of water and exercise to
stimulate our muscles, improve our circulation and lymph flow. However,
even when we do all these things, it doesn't always guarantee we're going
to be free of pain, centred in our bodies and not occasionally experience
the downside of stress and negativity. So what else can we do to improve
our health and vitality?
By working with the 'figure 8' energy pathways that flow in patterns both
around and through our body just might be the very thing we need to get us
feeling back in control of our lives! Disturbances in this 'figure 8' energy
can cause us to feel not only fatigued but 'spaced out' and 'off centre' as
well. In addition, it's not uncommon to experience clumsiness, learning
disorders, impaired vision and hearing as well as vague pains and joint swellings
throughout our body when these pathways are not flowing freely. Balancing
our energy fields and restoring energy flow can get us back to feeling more
like ourselves again.
The Tibetan Energy workshop can show you how to work with a partner using
simple muscle testing techniques to:
· Relieve pain in muscles and joints
· Increase function and flexibility
· Increase alertness
· Improve energy and vitality
· Identify and release emotions held in the body
· Diffuse emotional stress
· Release deeply imbedded stress in the energy centres of the body (chakras)
· Balance the body's energy field enough to get a good nights sleep
· Restore energy imbalances found on the front and back of the body as well as in and around the head and feet
A certificate is given on completion of this class.
This is a great introduction to kinesiology. Most people love this class
